The Author used the website called Glass door .com to get information directly from employees who work at 120,000companies. At least two year running has compiled a list of “top oddest interview questions”.  At AT&T, “if you were a superhero, which superhero would you be?” and at Boston consulting: “how many hair salons are there in japan?” no matter where you apply for the job you have to face odd interview left on field.  According to the Glassdoor consultant of talent force former head of human resource at PepsiCo and electronic Arts. Ninety percent of people don’t know how to deal with weirdest interviewer and how to handle the situation they freeze and their minds go blank.
